From 10 seats, on plans from Track up. Priced below list and quoted — the rate depends on how many you hold.
You buy capacity, not licences
The number you hold is the number of clients you can run at once. Everything else — your people, your clients’ own logins — costs nothing.
- 01
A seat is one client, on one plan
Four Grow seats run four client workspaces on Grow. The seat carries the plan, so a client that needs more engines needs a seat on a bigger plan — not a second product.
- 02
Seats move
Release a client and the seat is free that moment, for the next one. Their data, history and reports are kept; the workspace just stops being yours to manage.
- 03
The cap is firm
When a plan’s seats are full, adding a client is refused and we name which plan is full. It is not an overage that turns up on an invoice you did not agree to.
- 04
Your team is free
Seats count clients, never people. Add as many of your own staff as you like; they all reach every client from one login.
A scoped-down version of the console we run
Not a second product with fewer features — the same measurement, with a layer above it for running many of them at once.
Every client on one screen
Score, open gaps, answers analysed this month and last scan date, per client, sorted however you need. The portfolio view is the landing screen, not a report you assemble.
One login, every workspace
Open any client’s dashboard from the list and work in it as if it were yours. A banner names whose workspace you are in, and one link brings you back to the portfolio.
Free client logins
Give a client read-only access to their own numbers. They see their dashboard and reports and cannot run scans, change settings or spend your allowance. They consume no seat.
Staff who reach everything
Add someone to your agency and they reach every client at once; remove them and it all goes at once. You never maintain a membership list per client.
A seat ledger you can read
What you hold, what is in use, what is free, per plan — and the monthly total that invoice will match. Request more seats from the same screen.
Read-only for juniors
Agency staff can be set read-only across the whole portfolio, for analysts who should see every client and change none of them.
What actually differs
The commercial shape differs. The measurement does not — which is the row most people expect to find a catch in.

Four things we don’t have
Listed before the form rather than after it. You are committing a book of clients; you should meet these now.
No white-label
Reports carry your company name, but the product is Vidrys-branded and there is no custom domain. If this is a requirement, tell us — it is the most-requested thing on this list.
No self-serve seats
Seats are added when we agree to add them. You cannot buy one at 2am, and you cannot accidentally overrun the cap either.
No invitation emails
The product sends no email at all. Logins for your staff and your clients are created with a password you set and hand over yourself.
No client-side billing
We invoice you; what you charge your clients is between you and them. There is nothing in the product that bills them or shows them a price.
Questionsagencies ask.
How seats behave, what your clients can see, and what we have not built.
One client, on one plan from Track up — Solo is not sold as a seat. An agency holding four Grow seats can run four client workspaces on Grow. The seat is tied to the plan, not to a person — adding people to your team costs nothing.
Release them and the seat is free immediately, for the next client. Their data, history and reports are kept; the workspace simply stops being yours to manage.
Yes. Moving a client releases the seat it held and takes one on the new plan, so you need a free seat on the plan you are moving to. If there isn’t one, we’ll tell you which plan is full rather than quietly overdrawing your account.
Yes, and they are free — they don’t consume a seat. Client logins are read-only: they see their dashboard and reports, and cannot run scans, change settings or spend your allowance.
No. One login reaches every client in your account. Your staff are members of the agency, not of each client’s workspace, so adding someone to your team gives them the whole portfolio at once and removing them takes it all away at once.
Seats are priced per client per plan, below list, and quoted rather than published — the discount depends on how many you hold, and agencies start at ten seats. Tell us the shape of your book and we’ll price it.
Directly, by invoice. There is no card on file and no self-serve upgrade: seats are added when we agree to add them, which is also why the cap is firm rather than something you can overrun by accident.
Not yet. Reports carry your company name, but the product itself is Vidrys-branded and there is no custom domain. If white-label is a requirement for you, say so — it is the most-asked-for thing we have not built.
