1. What are cookies?
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work, to keep you signed in, and to remember your preferences. We also use similar technologies such as browser local storage, which we refer to as “cookies” in this Policy.
2. How we use cookies
We use cookies primarily to operate and secure the Service. We keep our use of non-essential cookies to a minimum. The categories we use are:
2.1 Strictly necessary cookies
These are essential for the Service to function and cannot be switched off in our systems. They are set only when you sign in to the Vidrys application. Without them, you cannot sign in or use the dashboard. They include:
- Authentication token (
geo_token) — keeps you securely signed in; http-only. - Organisation identifier (
geo_org_id) — identifies your active workspace; http-only. - Active project identifier (
geo_project_id) — remembers the brand you are currently viewing. - Display information (
geo_user) — basic profile details (such as your name and workspace) used to render the interface.
Because these cookies are strictly necessary, they do not require consent under applicable law.
2.2 Functional / preference cookies
These remember choices you make to give you a better experience, such as your light or dark theme preference. They are not essential, and disabling them may reset your preferences.
2.3 Analytics / performance cookies
With your consent, we use Google Analytics 4 on our marketing site to understand how visitors find and use it — which pages are read, which sources bring people here, and whether visitors reach our pricing and demo pages. We use it to improve the site, not to build profiles of individuals. These cookies are set by Google:
_ga— distinguishes one visitor from another; expires after 2 years._ga_<stream-id>— keeps analytics session state; expires after 2 years.
Analytics is off until you accept it. We use Google Consent Mode, so before you choose, no analytics cookies are set and you are not given an identifier. Google still receives a cookieless signal that a page was viewed, which cannot be linked to you across visits or sessions. You can change your choice at any time — see section 5.
2.4 Advertising / tracking cookies
We do not use advertising, cross-site tracking, or targeted-advertising cookies.
3. Consent
Strictly necessary cookies are set when you use the Service and do not require consent. For any non-essential cookies, we rely on your consent, which you may give or withdraw at any time. Withdrawing consent will not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before withdrawal. This approach is consistent with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and the Information Technology Act, 2000.
On your first visit to our marketing site, a banner asks whether you accept analytics cookies. Accepting and rejecting are offered as equally weighted choices, and analytics stays off unless you accept. Your decision is remembered in your browser’s local storage so we do not have to ask again; clearing your browser data will bring the banner back.
4. Third-party cookies
With your consent, Google sets the analytics cookies described in section 2.3 as a third party. Google processes that data as described in its own privacy documentation, and we do not permit it to be used for advertising or cross-site tracking. We set no other third-party cookies on our marketing site: the AI engines and content-management systems that the platform integrates with are accessed server-side and do not set cookies on our site. If this changes, we will update this Policy.

You can revisit your analytics choice on this site at any time, whether you accepted or rejected earlier:
Most browsers also let you view, delete, and block cookies through their settings. Because our sign-in cookies are strictly necessary, blocking them will prevent you from using the Vidrys dashboard. Guidance for common browsers:
