How an agency tracks every client brand in ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews from one login, and sends each client a report with its own logo.
Vidrys lets an agency track each client brand in ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews as its own project, reach all of them from one login, and send each client a read-only report link. Reports carry the agency's own logo, colours and footer on Scale and Custom. Grow tracks 3 brands for ₹18,999 a month.
What does an agency need from an AI visibility tool?
- One project per client. Each brand needs its own buyer questions, competitors, scores and history, so one client's results never mix with another's.
- One login for the team. Staff should reach every client without a separate account in each.
- Reports the client can open. A link that needs no login, frozen at the moment it was made, so last month's report still says what it said.
- Your branding on those reports. Your logo, colours and footer, not the tool's.
- Limits that do not multiply. Adding a client should split an allowance you already pay for, or take one seat, not start a new subscription.
How do agencies run several clients in Vidrys?
There are two ways, depending on how many clients you have.
- 1One plan, several projects. A project is one brand, with its own prompts, competitors, scores and history. Grow includes 3, Scale includes 10, and Custom has no limit. The plan's limits are shared by all its projects, so adding a client never multiplies the bill. See Adding a project.
- 2Agency seats. From ten clients, an agency can hold seats instead: one seat is one client on the plan that client needs, from Track up. Your team reaches every client from one login, and the landing screen lists each client's score, open gaps and last scan. Client logins are read-only and use no seat. Seats are priced below list and quoted. See For agencies.
Can the reports carry my agency's branding?
Yes, on Scale and Custom. Share report makes a read-only link to a snapshot of a client's figures, and on those plans the page shows your logo, your colours and your footer note in place of Vidrys's. Scheduled SEO reports, made every week or month and saved as a PDF, take the same branding; the PDF's footer still ends with “Generated by Vidrys”. On other plans a report carries the company name you enter and a “Generated by Vidrys” footer. See Sharing a report and Scheduled reports.
Two things are not white-label: the app your team and your clients log into is Vidrys-branded, and it runs on the Vidrys domain.

What do AI engines answer to this question today?
On 29 October 2026, Vidrys asked ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews: “Which AI visibility tools let an agency track several client brands with white-label reports?” The GEO tools the answers named were Profound and Peec AI. None of the three answers named Vidrys. We publish the result because a tool that measures AI answers should show its own.
Where does this approach come from?
Shaping pages so that generative engines cite them was named and measured in GEO: Generative Engine Optimization, a 2023 research paper. Google explains how pages are chosen for AI Overviews in its guidance on AI features in Search. For the method Vidrys uses, read the GEO & AEO guide.
