Sharing a report

A read-only snapshot of your current figures, as a link.

Dashboard → Share report

  1. Press Share report.

  2. Press Generate shareable link.

  3. Press Copy and send the link.

The link opens a read-only snapshot of your current figures — no login, and it carries your logo and colour. It is frozen at the moment you created it, so a report you sent last quarter still says what it said.

Anyone with the link can read it. Treat the link itself as the password, and send it only to people who should see your numbers.
