Publishing to a CMS

Optional. Connect your CMS and every on-site draft gets a one-click publish button; without it, copy the draft out by hand.

Settings → Publishing

  1. Pick a provider: WordPress, Ghost, Webflow, Shopify, or a webhook for a custom site.

  2. Fill in the credentials it asks for — for WordPress that is your site URL, username and an application password; the others vary. Connect stays disabled until every required field is filled.

  3. Press Connect.

Then, on any on-site ticket with a draft, press Publish to CMS and confirm. The draft is pushed as a draft post — nothing appears on your live site until you publish it there yourself. A failure turns the button into Retry publish and puts the reason in the tooltip.

Disconnect asks for confirmation. Posts you have already published are unaffected.
