If something is empty or greyed out
›A button is greyed out and mentions plan activation
Your workspace has no active plan, so anything that costs money is paused. Ask us to activate it, or pick a tier under Plan & packages.
›The dashboard shows a checklist instead of charts
No results yet. Finish steps 1–4; the first sweep runs on your plan’s schedule.
›I appear in no answers at all
Check Also known as first — a missing spelling reads as an absence. Then run the audit to confirm the assistants can reach your site at all.
›Topic coverage or the drafts are empty
Your site hasn’t been read yet. Check the domain is saved under Brand info, then press Refresh coverage.
›Impact says it is collecting a baseline
It needs three sweeps before it can compare anything. Nothing to do but wait.
›A card says “no citations” or “not enough shared answers”
There is genuinely too little data to say something true yet. These fill in as sweeps accumulate.
›The Export button does nothing
It is disabled when your filters are showing zero rows. Clear the filters.
›A screen in this manual isn’t in my sidebar
Check the lens. Most of the detail screens are listed only under Analyst; Activity log is administrators only.
›A draft has been generating for a long time
The panel says so, and says your credit is safe. Leave it — it appears when it is ready.
