Day to day

Content queue

Everything you have decided to fix, as tickets. Two tabs split the work by where it has to happen:

Content queue

On your website

Pages to add or update on your own site — the assistants cite vendor pages for these questions, so a page of yours can win them.

Across the web

Mentions to earn on somebody else’s site — the assistants only cite third parties here, so no page of yours can win it. You get the content and the pitch.

Moving work along

board is the default view: four columns, To do, In progress, Done, Dismissed. Drag a card between columns to change its status. In list view the same moves are buttons: Start, Mark done, Dismiss, Reopen.

Dragging to Dismissed takes effect immediately, with no confirmation. Drag it back out to undo.

Inside a ticket

Click a card, or Open in list view. The left side has Why this (the buyer questions it affects and the details), Progress (whether it has moved yet, per assistant) and History. The right side is the draft.

  • Give it to someone: the Assigned to dropdown lists your teammates. Add people under Team first.
  • Write the draft: if there isn’t one, the panel says Generating spends 1 credit and offers the button. That sentence is the only warning you get — pressing the button spends the credit.
  • Use the draft: Copy copies it; toggle Preview and Markdown for the format you want.
  • After you publish: press Mark published. That starts the clock on measuring it; first movement usually shows in two to four weeks.

A Foundations section sits above the tabs: one-time technical setup that helps everything else. It is a read-only list, and it is usually work for whoever looks after your website.
