Day to day

Gaps to Close

Your working list: the buyer questions a rival wins today, worst first. Each row gives you the question, who is taking it, how many platforms you are losing it on, and how much it matters.

Gaps to Close — Marketing lens

Turning a gap into work

  1. Press Create the fix on the row you want.

  2. Read the dialog. It names what will be written, how many buyer questions that one piece covers, and the cost: Spend 1 credit, or Spend 2 credits when the question needs both a page on your site and a mention elsewhere. Your remaining credits for the month are in the sentence.

  3. Confirm. The draft is written in the background and lands in Content queue.

If work already exists for that question the button says so instead — Open ticket, Fix in progress, Draft in progress or Draft ready — and takes you straight to it. Nothing is charged twice.

The credit count next to the card title tells you what is left this month. One draft often covers several questions, and the line tells you how many credits that clustering saved you.
