Vidrys SEO is a free WordPress plugin that makes the AI-visibility and SEO fixes you approve in Vidrys on your site: what it changes, how to connect it, and plans.
Vidrys has one: Vidrys SEO, a free WordPress plugin licensed GPLv2 or later. Vidrys measures whether ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews recommend your brand, and the plugin makes the fixes you approve with no code: page text, llms.txt, robots.txt rules, structured data, titles, descriptions and redirects. It works alongside Rank Math, Yoast SEO, All in One SEO or SEOPress.
What does the Vidrys SEO plugin change on a WordPress site?
Vidrys decides the fix; the plugin only delivers it. Each change is one a person approved in Vidrys, or set to apply without review, and each is checked on the live page afterwards.

Why does an AI visibility tool need a plugin at all?
A report shows which AI answers you lose, but someone still has to make the edits. On WordPress, the fixes that help an AI assistant read and quote a page sit in several places at once: the post body, the SEO plugin's fields, robots.txt, llms.txt and the home page's JSON-LD. A plugin that can write to each of them turns an approved fix into a live change, and lets Vidrys check the page afterwards and roll it back if needed.
Robots.txt rules matter because AI search engines fetch pages with their own crawlers. OpenAI documents OAI-SearchBot and GPTBot, and Perplexity documents PerplexityBot; a site that blocks them cannot be quoted. Our post on which AI crawlers to allow covers the choice.
How do you connect it?
- 1Install and activate Vidrys SEO in your WordPress dashboard.
- 2Open Settings → Vidrys SEO and press
Connect to Vidrys. - 3Sign in to Vidrys, check the project is the one for this site, and press
Connect. The site must be the project's own website, served over https.
Nothing is copied by hand. Vidrys gives the site a one-time code, which it swaps server to server for the secret every delivery is signed with; a delivery that is unsigned, or more than five minutes old, is refused. The plugin docs have every step.
Can you see a fix before it goes live, or undo it?
- Preview:
Preview on your siteopens the page with the change on it for one hour, visible only to someone logged in who can manage the site. - Rollback: every change is listed under Settings → Vidrys SEO with its time, and can be rolled back from Vidrys.
- Pause: one button stops every Vidrys change at once; what was written into your SEO plugin stays.
- Deactivate: redirects and served fixes stop, and SEO-plugin fields stay as they are.
Which Vidrys plans work with the WordPress plugin?
The plugin is free. CMS publishing to WordPress, Webflow, Shopify and Ghost is included on every plan, from Solo at ₹999 a month. Search fixes come from the SEO module, included from Track at ₹6,999 a month, and Grow is the first plan to ask all of ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews.
